I’m Wiss, a former national team swimmer and water polo player turned ISSA Elite Trainer with over 10 years of coaching experience. My philosophy is simple: combine science-based training with practical strategies that fit real life. I’ve worked extensively across the fitness industry—from LES MILLS and BFT to CrossFit and weightlifting—and bring that diverse experience into every program I create. What makes me unique is the blend of high-level athletic background, proven coaching expertise, and the way I integrate CrossFit methodology into my training—combining strength, conditioning, and performance to help every client unlock their full potential.
